2、激发兴趣：留置悬念、强调亮点、成功或失败经历等。
3、结合实际需要实际信息准备，没有其他办法。

李雨晴正好碰上了一个赞美她名字的面试官:“李雨晴，你的名字很好听呀！”对此，李雨晴的应答却不尽如人意：“是嘛，谢谢！这个名字比较符合我的性格，雨是比较温柔的，晴是比较热烈的，我觉得我的个性既有顺从的一面，也有比较热烈积极的一面。”
点评：面试官夸奖申请人的名字，一是发自内心地赞美一下漂亮的名字，二是希望能够在面李雨晴的回答却犯了一个典型的交流错误：失真。它听起来很“美”，却完全不真实，因为宝宝从妈妈肚子里爬出来时，完全看不出性格是温柔还是热烈！这样反映申请人急于表现自己的优点，结果却违反了最基本的“真诚沟通”的原则。面试官本来想放松一下，结果反而被申请人的自夸弄得浑身起了鸡皮疙瘩，觉得自己接下去要是不夸奖他（她）一番，简直就没法继续交流了。
“哦，我来自肇庆，您去过吗？”恰巧几位面试官都没有去过肇庆，当场气氛显得十分尴尬。 点评：一般来说，我们不鼓励申请人“反问”面试官，尤其是这种有关个人信息而不是商业信息的私人问题。
