自从小家伙上幼儿园接触了英语以后，那股热情可以算得上是走火入魔，一回到家就向我们汇报学过的内容，包括所有单词、句子、英文歌，在家的时间几乎被听与教材配套的DVD占据，就算在玩耍时还动不动给我们表演唱英文歌、和我们进行英语对话，没办法，为了满足小家伙家膨胀了的兴趣和保护小家伙的眼睛，就给小家伙买了配套的点读笔和一套洪恩英语家庭版套装，这下小家伙更是如虎添翼，小家伙通过点读笔，边玩边学，难易通吃，不仅如此还来个理论联系实际——
瞧瞧，晚上和她爹打电话，冷不丁地就会冒出一句：“I miss you,daddy.”搞得外公、外婆大眼瞪小眼，转而哈哈大笑：“妹妹你是说什么啊！”“我爸爸听得懂，你们听不懂!”啧啧，瞧那小样，而楚妈我且在一边偷笑，想着她爹那得意又失落的模样。现在这一个一个地晚上电话时间都被小家伙占有，为啥？？和她爹不停地整着英语对话呗，这个问：“How are you,daddy?”那个答：“I’m fine.”那个问：“How old are you?”这个答：“I’m forty.” 这个问：“what' color of the moon?”那个答：“It’s white.”那个问：“What's your name?”这个答：“My name is chuyi-wang!” 这个问：“What do you want?”那个答：“I want a banana.”那个问：“What can

在这一个月的时间，小家伙不仅掌握了里面很多语法，而且学会了里边绝大部分的英文歌曲。值得一提的是：这一套六本的教材小家伙全都是通过自学来掌握，因为楚妈英语的蹩足和楚爸的遥隔千里，我们不能让小家伙有很好的英语环境让她早接触和对她进行辅导，但值得我们庆幸的是，我们培养了小家伙的自学能力，让她有了良好的学习习惯和学习兴趣，使她对任何一种知识都能够自主地去发现、去接受、去学习。
通过对小家伙的培养，我们发现兴趣、信心、注意力、环境是让孩子获得主动学习能力的几个要素，我们从小注重了几个方面：
一是了解孩子以兴趣为主：每一个孩子都是独特的个体，每个人擅长的东西也都不一样，我们从和孩子的接触中观察到孩子的兴趣爱好，孩子对感兴趣的东西往往会
好奇，从而把好奇心、探索欲转化为学习的动力。同时我们常以游戏来带动孩子，例如小时候小家伙对唐诗有兴趣，我们就换着花样和她玩，像背诗接力啊、倒背如流啊、一问一答啊……让小家伙乐此不疲，以后我们还发现了小家伙很多兴趣都是以此来激发，我们让孩子在玩中学，以后孩子就把学当成玩了。
二是赏识教育增添信心：孩子一直是在鼓励中成长，任何进步、优异表现，我们一直是积极鼓励、正面引导，甚或有时还要帮宝宝做出成绩，让她感受成功的喜悦，增加动力。而对孩子的不足从不数落，而是照样给予鼓励，这样，让她形成自信—上进—更自信的良性循环。当然也要把握度，在她过热的时候要泼点冷水，进行一些挫折教育，防止自傲地倾向。
三是培养注意力是关键：在孩子一出生睁开眼睛盯着他爸爸看，我们就想到不要让孩子良好的注意力随年龄而削弱，我们常用玩具引逗孩子追视，大点后和她做一些有趣的游戏来培养，如拼图、找不同、找相同、走迷宫、物品配对、指五官等等，这都是要注意力集中才能完成，可以不同程度地训练孩子的注意力，或在自然中观察蚂蚁
搬家、云朵变化、在斑斓色彩中寻找某一种色彩的植物等。注意力集中的孩子就会养成独立思维的习惯。
四是提供良好学习环境：宝宝出生后，我在家里的墙上也贴了些数字、简单的汉字、字母、唐诗等，宝宝醒着时就抱着宝宝看看、念给宝宝听听，当然这仅仅只是给宝宝一个环境熏陶而已，然后根据宝宝的兴趣爱好适时给宝宝添置一些书籍、玩具，满足孩子智力需求，同时建造愉快的家庭、和谐的家庭的氛围，给孩子学习源动力。
其实我觉得每个孩子天生是爱学习的，从一出生对周围环境的好奇、探索这个小生命就进入了学习的阶段，但孩子以后往何处发展这很大程度上取决于家长的后期培养和引导，虽然我们不能决定孩子未来，但我们可以为孩子把握未来。
