自从开始教学英语，我的烦心事儿就来了，本以为小学英语简单得很，可日子一长，才知道小学英语不好教。尤其是刚接手三四年级，肩上的担子很重，任务也很重。
一开始很多人便对我说了这么一个规律：三年级的学生因初次接触英语而新奇，四年级的学生随着时间的流逝兴趣逐渐冷淡，面对四年级的学生，我决定采取高压手段。一个学期过去了，学生们在我的高压下学英语的兴趣荡然无存，甚至对我望而生畏。如果不是发生了那一件事，我想我的教学方式不会改变得那么快，教学水平更不会得到提高。
那是去年一个星期二的早上，预备铃响了，我像往常一样往教室的方向走去。只见教室像炸开了锅似的，教室里一片狼藉。于是，我在教室里大声吼了起来，随即命令他们打扫卫生。只听见他们在小声嘀咕什么，我装着没事的样子侧耳倾听，一个学生抱怨到：“英语太没意思了，每天就是背那些怎么背也背不会的单词，还有句子，看见我就头昏……”几个学生也纷纷地打开了话匣子，七嘴八舌诉说学英语的苦衷。

##第1篇：个人英语学习总结这个学期即将结束，大一生活就告一段落了。这一学年，受益匪浅，特别是在英语方面取得较大的成绩。20XX年4月17日代表学院参加广东省高职英语口语大赛，荣获优胜奖；4月29日代表学院广东省高职院校第四届英语写作大赛，荣获三等奖。这离不开学院领导的支持和学院老师的辛苦的培训。我个人也积累了学习英语的经验，分享经验如下：
1、要想学好英语，首先我认为最重要的是要做到这几点基本工作，即多听，多读，多背，多写。看起来简单，实际操作还是需要恒心和耐心的。必须要写个时间表，越具体越好。那时候准备比赛我是这样安排的，晚上9点半晚修后听英语录音，听是个很重要的过程，先搞清楚美式英语和英式英语的发音，会听了不仅有利于以后四级考试的听力突破还有助于口语翻译及口语交流。然后早读就大声朗诵英语，早上记忆力比较好，大声读出来，边读边记。遇到不会读的单词马上写下来，晚上听录音巩固。这几个步骤是比较繁琐无聊的。不过，想要做到讲一口流利的英语和写一手好文章，这就要我们下功夫强制执行了。
2、做好了前面的基础工作，就要发挥我们个人品格魅力了。要具备“三心”。即恒心’，耐心，信心。俗话说：“罗马不是一日建成的”。要学好英语也不是一朝一夕的事，恒心是首要的，不能持之以恒，做事半途而废的人，是不可能学好英语的。所以，若有心要攻破英语这个难关，就要坚持了。另外第二个是耐心，我是深有体会，看见一大堆密密麻麻的英语，又有很懂生词，心里就会烦躁，这时候，我们就要耐心了，一字一句，一笔一划慢慢来，真的觉得学得很累的，听听音乐，或者我就喜欢去操场或者草坪看，抬头看着天空，看看周围的花花草草，心情就开朗了，读起英语来都朗朗上口的。最后一点是信心。有句话说得好：“先相信你自己，别人才会相信你”。就算我们学好了一口流利的英语，但是不敢在众人面前演讲，不敢用英语和别人交流。那么我们学到的英语就白费了。要相信自己能学好英语的同时，也请相信自己能够将学好的英语学以致用。前段时候，英语俱乐部举行了第十一届非专业英语口语大赛，我成功挺进了决赛，其实那天大家都是有备而来的，可是却表现的不尽人意，原因就是上台的时候太紧张了，不是储备不够，只是缺乏自信和经验。所以嘛，自信多么重要。

1、将近五年来（如果实在没时间也要保证三年）的阅读真题搜集起来，将其中题干和所有选项中的生词牢记
2、将阅读题的correctanswers在文章中的对应句找出，将对应句中的生词牢记
3、听力原文、选词填空和完型选项中的生词就不用我说了吧，一定要记！
再要说的就是我上了大学自己发现的一种非常好的练习听力和扩充词汇的方法——OPENCOURSES法。我想所有人都会因为大学的高等数学和线性代数叫苦不迭吧，甚至很多同学好把自己不学英语的原因归结成“把时间都用在数学上了呀”，Don’tworry，不需抽出学习数学的时间，只需听听MIT教授的同样甚至更精彩的数学公开课，它既会提高你的数学，又会在潜移默化中提升你的英语，我敢说，没有比这更棒的了吧~
还有一点我要隆重推荐的——ChinaDaily手机报！曾经，我也是试着从报摊上购买厚厚的ChinaDaily看，但终究被密密的纯英文搞得头晕眼花，但是现在，每个月花不到5元钱，你就可以每天收到两条精美的ChinaDaily手机报（早晚各一条），它不仅挑选出了最吸引人的内容，还是双语的，你也就不用再头疼地来回翻查词典了，每天晚上还会有音频放送哦~几个月下来，我已经可以光看英文就读懂了八九成的news呢。
Lastbutnottheleast，我想说说辅导班的问题。虽然说自学和大学英语老师的教导是第一位的，但每周英语课实在少得可怜（以后也许还没有了呀！），andthere’snodenythat，有时候没有专业老师的指导自己并不能很好地坚持和理解。新东方的经历恐怕将是我一生难忘的，风趣幽默、经历丰富的老师让我体验到Englishlearning原来还可以如此skillful。每一项技能都由专攻此项的老师指导，使我越发深刻地理解并掌握了英语知识，受益匪浅。令我最受益的恐怕就是英文写作课了吧。
